Chicken Bones Tea
A black tea with spicy cinnamon with sweet chocolate notes. This tea is inspired by a unique Maritime tradition - those amazing sticky pink candies called "chicken bones" that were often found in Christmas Stockings. They were developed by the Ganong family in St. Stephen, NB.
Bring cold water to a full boil. Add 1 teaspoon of loose tea per cup. Steep tea 3-5 minutes before sipping. After 2-3 sigs enjoy life and live it fully. Try it with steamed milk.
For a little extra sweet, add some chocolate or a chicken bone!
