  • Epsom Salt (Magnesium Sulphate) can help to reduce minor aches and pains, soothe aching muscles and reduce swelling

  • Sea Salt (Sodium Chloride) is anti-bacterial and adds minerals and nutrients to bath water

  • Coconut Milk (Cocos nucifera) aids in relieving dryness and irritation by hydrating and cooling the skin

  • Colloidal Oats (Avena sativa) have been used for centuries to soothe itchy and irritated skin and to lock-in moisture 

  • White Clay(Kaolin) has anti-inflammatory properties which can help to calm redness and irritation

RITUAL: Add between 1/2 - 1 cup salts (or as much as desired) to warm running water. Agitate water if necessary to help dissolve salts. Sit back and breathe deeply. 

Follow up with body lotion or body butter to lock in moisture and leave your skin feeling silky-soft.

CAUTION: Use caution when exiting the tub as oils may make it more slippery than usual
