- $15 CAD flat-rate Standard Shipping within CANADA, $35 Express
- $25 USD flat-rate Standard shipping to USA (please note some shipping delays can be expected due to the rotating Canada Post strike). If you're in a hurry, choose $40USD Express Shipping. As of August 29th, 2025, new tariffs apply to all orders shipped to the US. Duties must be pre-paid and will be automatically calculated at check-out.
- INTERNATIONAL shipping (outside Canada and the USA) is available via DHL Express or Canada Post. Please email info@croftshop.ca so we can offer you an estimate of the best rate.
- *Please note: flat-rate shipping is based on 1 normal weight box. If an order is of a bulk volume that exceeds 1 shipping box of normal weight it is considered oversized and extra shipping charges may apply. You will be contacted for confirmation and invoiced prior to shipping.
- For a full refund or exchange please contact us within 14 days of purchase.
- Items must have original tags attached and be in good, un-used condition.
